We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns on swimwear, underwear, lingerie, or undergarments for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@ivrycloset.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Return shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.
